W221 y133 code

Hi all really need your help.

I just serviced my w221 Bluetech s350 diesel. 2010 model. After a drive the check engine light poped up. Car drives fine. We diagnosed using das and it's said Y133. The circulation pump has an electrical fault or an open circuit. We found a connector thats not connected and can't find where it goes. Please help..pic below

your pic doesn't help me work out where you are - it might be a circulation pump (seems to be a lack of clarity out there) either way its to shift coolant round another circuit after start up - so I'd start looking for 1" diameter coolant pipe and a round black thing - on the V8s there one near the battery, other says something near a headlight - its got to reach as far as that wire goes - their accountants don't give much free copper
