Tomcat, do you know if your car was shipped to Brunswick, Ga, or did it go via Baltimore? My car has just finished production and will be delivered in Naples, FL.

Thank you, this is most definitely the most luxurious vehicle I've ever owned. Everything inside feels first class and I am happy I went with the carbon fiber exterior package as well as the interior.

What a journey, Sir Tomcat! I still remember your posts about the dealership who was unwilling to share the PO number, making a big deal about it and saying it's against their "policies". And, finally, the beautiful S63 is here! Congratulations on getting such a wonderful build with carbon fiber everything.

Yes, it was quite the journey...and yes, I ended up paying full MSRP for it since they gave me a good trade in value on my M5.

When you have a minute, please can you post some close-up photos of different exterior CF elements? As you remember, I also ordered the 773 package, and therefore have a massive interest in seeing how these CF components actually look like on a car. Thanks in advance, my friend.

Thanks a bunch - that's exactly what I was looking to see! Blacking out through the use of exterior CF package is insanely natural method. I opted for the same stylistic approach but decided to leave the air intakes grilles in chrome. We will see how it looks like in reality. There is always the opportunity to make them black.
