Something that would give my friend LovinMercedes heartache...

A 2015 Range Rover LWB Supercharged Firenze Red was ordered for my mother - first in July at a dealership on Long Island. The delivery date was for Jan. Then it was switched to Feb, then March - then April. We canceled the order in October. We switched to a dealership in Jersey. Ordered it again. Delivery promised either December or early Jan.
Range Rover completed - and shipped - arrived at Port in America December 12 to have deployable side steps put on.
Has been sitting there....ever since. 3 1/2 weeks later, still there.
Do you need a tums or rolaids yet? Because I do!
Nothing I can do but wait now. No ETA...nothing. Pressuring my salesman today to please call the port and tell them this is unacceptable, and out of normal practices.
