Heres the section below from the online W222 user manual, (same as the printed version) - Apologies about the size of the image but I was unable to resize it.

Hi Nice Ride I had posted that picture on October 2015 after they installed folding baskets W/Desiccant packs and also installed Membrane. Last two days it was raining here and today is a great day with sunshine. After reading this post I went to see the headlights and they look great
Never had the condensation after the Desiccant packs were placed. Took pictures today which are attached. The car after all these years looks great in and out.
No I do not see any folding baskets or boxes the lights are clear.
The build date of the car is 3/15.

Those packets only work for so long. They had replaced one entire headlight assembly under B2B, the water built up so much it damaged one of the lighting controllers. 1 year later, the left light with the Desiccant pack, now has a flickering headlight, night vision does not work and the DIC states the Right low beam has failed??? Need to go back to service, I know CPO will not cover any of it and I told them about the amount of water in both lights while it was still under Warrantee. I even have photos, it does not matter to them.

Have them check the Desiccant packs at least twice a year, once they absorb too much moisture, they are useless.
