I'm sorry about these problems. I haven't had any of these problems, but I think the most reported problem was fogged headlights. Can you explain what's wrong with the touchpad?

and our 2016 as delivered:
Gas Door does not fit correctly: dealer has order parts, Parktronic appears not to be sensitive enough, (is there a way to control warning sound level?) and having sat out at the prep center for the month it needs to be clayed and waxed Dealer is doing that this week.

The headlight condensation is a normal thing for LED lights. They appear vented unlike xenons. They fog up every time in wash it and then it clears up.

The trackpad was a software glitch which was taken care of with an update.

No it’s not normal and finally cost me 9000$ for repair (warranty ended) because a water damage of headlights control units as a result of a defective MB headlights units. Shame for Mercedes reputation of engineering, warranty service and customer relationships!

Was that a dealer price? Ouch. Mine was a bore, and since I paid cash I knew I didn't want it past warranty period. What was the time table of the repairs? Since this is such an old thread Did you end up with new headlamps?

If not already pursued and most especially if decision to not repair was made at dealership level escalate to MB Canada to approve goodwill reimbursement since defect was not corrected under factory warranty reference your original photo & attached bulletins: https://www.mercedes-benz.ca/en/cont...lation-process

Do NOT have the packs installed. THEY WILL FAIL. MB Replaced 3 Headlights and Power Modules due to Gel leaking out and shorting control units. Last visit while lights were out, I had them seal all control units with silicone and remove the Pack(s). Now and then a little moisture that dries up on its own. Moisture Packs will SWELL and BURST/LEAK and cause well over a $1,500- worth of damaged parts and Labor for just one light assembly. The failure will render many safety features useless...
