Light Scratch Removel Interior
Anyone have a way to remove light scratches in the Wood Trim. I have the center Console in the rear and lots of scratches on the wood trim on the center console from people resting objects on there.
Do you buff this out the same way you would remove swirl marks on paint?
Thanks...

I had reasonable success with Maguire Scratch X 2.0 on my A8 - The wood trim is covered with a clear coat, somewhat similar to the one on the exterior paint. If the scratches are limited to the depth of this coat it will remove some and make others look better. I suggest you try it on a small spot and see if you like the results.

The scratches are mostly noticeable in sunlight with the shades open. It mostly bothers me, don't thing anyone else cares..... I may get daring and give it a try with your suggestion. Its not beyond the clear coat from what it looks like....

Novus plastic polish kit will take care of your problem. It comes with three levels of grit. It can even be used to restore the soft plastic window of a convertible top. I have used it for years on interior wood trim with great success.

OP, I used to collect vintage watches. They used something called 'Polywatch' to polish the acrylic watch crystal, and it worked magic. See video below for instructions.
I assume the Mercedes wood trim has a clear coat, and I hope your scratches are just on the clear coat (not into the wood inside.)
Try the Polywatch on a hidden small surface, and try it lightly. Hope it helps. (However, if any doubt, it might be a good idea to visit the dealer and ask for their detailers to help.)
Best luck,
