2020 S560

Fragrance System Turns Itself Off

Just got the 2018 S560 and I set the fragrance system to low. After driving it automatically resets itself to off. This has happened several times. Has anyone experienced this or have a fix?

mine does this as well. I have had nothing but issues with my new command system. I took it in twice for it they said they know it’s not right but don’t have a fix. I’m going to wait for my first service to address again.

Mine has been resetting each time, I thought that’s the default.

2018 S560 and 2019 E450 Wagon.

My 2015 has done this on occasion, I go in the menu and it's off and I think, wow, I coulda sworn I had left it set on Med.

Pretty sure it turns off after a while. It's supposed to be a subtle scent, should only need a little bit.

Mine has never turned off and seems to work ( mist ) when I go around a turn ( on occasion). Not sure what the algorithm is for it to mist ( if there is one ) but it certainly seems very random.
