Comfortable and Quiet tires

Checked Tire Rack, but their latest system is confusing. Appears though Pirelli Centurato P7 as best or maybe Goodyear Assuarance Comfotred Touring. They also mention Michellin MXV4, but I never have liked Michellins I had on any car.
Any recommendations? Thanks!

I replaced the Continentals with a new set of Yokahama Advan S.4.s. Great tires, but I would still feel a slight vibration on the same highway roads mentioned earlier.
A few months ago, I replaced the Yokohama's with the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+. The vibrations are now completely gone. I didn't change anything else and that includes the installer of the tires. Also, I always had the vehicle aligned at the dealer after tire installation.
In the past when I spoke to a Michelin rep he explained how other manufacturers use multiple pieces when the tires are glued together and they don't use as many pieces. Maybe this is part of the reason - or that that Michelin has more money for R&D than most others out there. It's the Michelin A/S 3+ which was re-done just a year ago. Couldn't be happier, super smooth, and look great.

Since they don’t make the Bridgestone Serenity Tires for my SL, I put the A/S 3+ tires on and have been very pleased with them. Of course, I am taking a bit of a chance, not running run flats and no place for a spare, but the SL is rarely driven and never travels far from home, so it’s not a huge problem.

I ran pirellis non run flats. Loud after 10k.
I ran bstones non runflats. Loud and hard. Handle good. Better than pirellis. Replaced after 15k due to tire wear
went 4s. Clearly best tire. Hands down
