Turning 4matic on/off ?

4matic or rwd
We currently have one w222 s class with 4matic, one with only rwd. I have driven both for long distances.
Many people think 4matic is perfect, and necessary equipment. On the contrary, 4matic is not always better. In terms of comfort, rwd is much more comfortable. You may think how i linked with comfort? Too much link with comfort. 4matic has too much tension, has nasty reactions, making especially passengers tired. Rwd is very smooth, no tension, giving peace.

i dont argue about 4 matic is better on traction.
sure 4 matic has better traction.
But for me comfort is more important.

Consequently, can i turn off 4 matic?
why there is no button to turn it on/ off. Why new s63 amg has this only?

If anybody has a solution please inform me too. (Except saying sell the car!)

Hey you friends, who say sell and buy rwd car?
i dont want all the time rwd. I want on/ off option.
Like new s63 amg all 4 matics should be turned off and on.

. I know you can by going into engineering mode, that’s what I did with my gla250 4matic I was able to change it to rear wheel drive and also front wheel drive.

Steering feel, driving dynamics when pushing the car, NVH. It’s a small but noticeable difference.

2019 S63 4Matic+, 2018 E400 Cabrio, wardens car.
I have a 2019 S63 and I am not aware of any way to turn off 4Matic+ in my car. It is the latest gen S63 and I cannot find this option anywhere in the menus. I would rather have AWD for the traction advantage that it has is rain, damp and snow situations. Not worth the trade off of a subtle feeling.

I drove back to back two S560s one RWD and one 4Matic, there is very little if any difference.
