Need help choosing a W222 S500

I am looking at two second hand W222 S500 4MATIC which are very similar in terms of specs but I just can't decide which is a better choice since each car has its own exclusive extras. Which one of these two would you pick and why?

Car 1 (Release Date 2014-03-13; Mileage: 14,100)

228 AUXILIARY HEATER
233 AUTONOMOUS INT. CRUISE CONT. PLUS (DISTRONIC PLUS)
237 ACTIVE BLIND SPOT ASSIST
238 ACTIVE LANE KEEPING ASSIST (FAP)
253 REAR-END COLLISION WARNING AND PROTECTION SYSTEM
266 DISTRONIC PLUS CROSS SUPPORT (DTR+Q)
268 EXPANDED BRAKE ASSIST (BAS+)
269 BRAKE ASSIST PLUS CROSS TRAFFIC (BAS+Q)
271 AUTONOMOUS BRAKE INTERVENTION/WARN. FOR PED. PROT.
300 COLLISION MINIMIZATION BRAKE INTERV./WARNING (CMS)
306 REAR SEAT BELT WITH INTEGRATED AIRBAG
432 DYNAMICS SEAT,FRONT LEFT AND RIGHT
477 TIRE PRESSURE LOSS WARNER
518 UNIVERSAL COMMUNICATIONS INTERFACE (UCI)
610 NIGHT VIEW ASSIST
811 HIGH END SOUND SYSTEM
P20 DRIVING ASSISTANCE PACKAGE PLUS

Car 2 (Release Date 2014-11-17; Mileage: 26,100)

258 COLLIS.WARN. SYS. W/ ACTIVE BRAKE INTERV. FCW STOP
301 ASHTRAY PACKAGE
448 TOUCHPAD WITH ROTARY PUSHBUTTON
452 FRONT PASSENGER SEAT CHAUFFEUR SETTING
453 SEAT WITH BUNK FUNCTION
463 FRONT VIEW DISPLAY (HEAD-UP DISPLAY)
475 TIRE PRESSURE CONTROL
597 WINDSHIELD HEATED
63N STEUERCODE WERK SINDELFINGEN/GRAZ
P07 CHAUFFEUR PACKAGE WITH MEMORY FUNCTION
U67 230 V SOCKET IN REAR

What I like about Car 1:

· auxiliary heater (which, as I understand, is a remote car warm-up feature; it's cold in winter over here)
· top end 3d Burmester sound system
· lower mileage
· night vision and driving assistance packages are nice to have but aren't that important imho
· still don't quite understand the benefits of the UCI but apparently it provides some additional phone connectivity features

What I like about Car 2:

· white/black Designo interior and AMG steering wheel look better to me (although Car 1 also has luxury leather seats with the same functions but the black/brown interior doesn't look as gorgeous)
· heads up display
· chauffeur function (right rear passenger can lie down and stretch their legs)
· regular non-runflat tyres (i.e. better comfort)

Car 1 is a year older. I would probably still pick it though for the Burmester 3D and color combo. I hate light carpets as they always look dirty.

And if you are serious about these two cars I would find out what the original MSRP was for each. That along with the year and mileage will be the biggest data points you have to negotiate the price. In this age range of S550 cars, there should be about a 10K difference in price if they are comparable MSRP as they tend to depreciate around 10K per year after the first 3 years or so. Mileage after around 30K makes a big difference as well.

I'm not sure I can find out the original MSRP for these since they have a lot of extra options. A new S560 starts at 150K US dollars over here (Russia) so I am pretty sure these were bought for around the same price brand new. Car 1 was released and bought around March 2014 but has less mileage than car 2 which was released/bought around November 2014. Both sellers want 59K for them. It's a good price in this market for the condition and specs of these cars if the mileage is true.
