Hey guys... I have a 2016 W222 s class which is equipped with WiFi. The WiFi connects and the WiFi symbol shows up on the phone however there isn’t internet connection and Internet doesn’t work. If anyone has a solution please let me know 😊

I don't think so. Just pay to have the vehicle hot spot activated and you connect with a user name and password just like you normally do on any other WIFI.

If it is the same as the 2014 / 2015 don't waste your time. 3G is like a dial up modem. You are better off using a hotspot. 5G is just around the corner..

Our 16 had it with new owner but it was only 3G. We never paid for the service after it ran out of free.
