Would any of you have a detailed pdf, or info as to changing the engine air filters? I am aware of the S550 info out there but the S560 is a different animal.

On my maybach and AMG GTC the air cleaner covers take a TORX bit to remove the cover. I dont recall off the top of my head but thinking a t25 or t27. I should also say they are captive bolts so they will NOT fall out of the cover when loosened.
PS you might wish to change the CABIN filters as well. They are a bit more difficult but not hard.
Thx Jud, I watch Goss every week on Motorweek on PBS Sunday morns. It seems that the cabin air filter is then more of a concern than the engine air filter.

My pandemic project, a 2006 Jaguar XJ VDP, came with a detached cabin filter loaded with leaves which also got into the blower fan which i had to take apart and clean out. Also the compartment which held the cabin filter, also had a plugged up drain hole which also deformed the filter.
