Same here. Tried the M.I.C. Carplay AI Box: Android 10 Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 4GB+64GB. Reviews on YT were praysing the little fella..well after a week of %$#@!@ i now in the phase of getting my money back. It came without any manual or instructions. WHY!!!!!!! In the settings you could even change the mouse-icon so throwing such a sophisticated product at a customer without one is nothing more then utter stupitiness.
I tried the new version of the new 2022 Ottocast (link below), worked for a day. Then I couldn't hear people and they couldn't hear me when using the phone, then when I updated it the whole thing stopped working altogether. Did an exchange through amazon and the 2nd one is the same except it updated successfully but still does the phone thing but now it would randomly restart my entire screen.
Does anyone know why the w222 has these problems with all wireless carplay dongles?
I have used all the versions your company offers on Amazon this far and none of them work properly for more then a couple of days. Did you guys have a recent update for the W222? I would love to have wireless carplay.

The one I have in my Pacifica works GREAT, but it doesn’t work well in the S560, nor do the other ones I have tried. I think it’s because of the bigger screen and the additional data being transmitted.

I received this unit and have been using it for 2 days now and it has been working great so far. I will update after 1 month of use or if it decides to fail earlier.
Mine is still working great after one month, sometimes it take two tries to get connected but that is ok for me....the previous ones were a nightmare...

After over a month of usage, I have concluded the unit below (url provided below) works the best for with oem w222 carplay.
have you tested this unit on an 18-20 w222? I tried two previous versions of your company's wireless carplay dongles from Amazon and had to return both due to consistent connectivity issues.

As the subject says, the Magic Box 2.0 did not work well with my 2019 w222. Maybe with the remote it would do better, but without a touch screen, it was basically impossible to navigate. I sent it back, after a few rounds with their customer service. Sticking with the wired CarPlay.
