While electrode wise those look OK they were probably at the limit on the corrosion side.

The plugs look very healthy. If you had just pulled one, I would say delay changing them another 20k miles. But no harm in getting the job done either! First time? How long did it take you?

The only other MB plugs I’ve done were in my w220 and an ML350 I had back in 2009.

Can definetly go longer on millage but also have to keep into account the potential small tragedy that is a sized plug.

it went from tiny idle noise to no idle noise.
Ran xentry and all is good.
if you keep the w222 in top shape with a 50k underside fluids change and plugs, filters etc and go with 5k oil change I believe these cars can outlast the w223.

Ignition coil replacement at 100k miles also makes a noticeable difference in smoothness.
