Unlock full headlights matrix operation

Can anyone help me with the process or module I need to unlock the US Spec's headlights on the S560 up to it's full European-equivalent operation? I am referring to the operation of having the high-beam on all the time, while also avoiding incoming traffic (anti-dazzle) rather than being on ONLY when there are no vehicles around.

HINT: I finally purchased my dream S560!!. I gave been posting questions for the past 4 months as you all have noticed, and I finally found my perfect S560 with all the options I wanted!. I will post all about it in a separate thread later this week. I took the advise of getting the AWD too. Stealer-ships have screwed me several times, until I found an honest private owner.

I probably should have been more specific. I am referring to the operation of having the high-beam on all the time, while also avoiding incoming traffic (anti-dazzle or glare free) rather than being on ONLY when there are no vehicles around.

See this below from the specific time=104:

Contact member BenzNinja (Peter) and he can do the necessary coding to have your ILS+ (Intelligent Lighting System) activated.

Did you have to rent an equipment and wait for it to arrive, or was he able to do it remotely for you?

You rent the equipment: a 10-amp charger, a VCI interface, and the laptop containing his diagnostic and coding software.
When it arrives you hook it up to your car's OBD port on one end, your internet on the other, and then he codes remotely.

I drove a W222 from 2017 until 2022 and I wish I had known about this.

Yeah. I unlocked the same feature on my former 2019 BMW X7 as well as my 5-series for years and it only costed be 40 bucks small module and a free app on an iphone. Not sure why nobody has been able to make it simple and reasonable cheap for MBenz users like it is for BMW. It is mostly programming/software with the right communication module but I guess the BMW folks are more active. Now I need to do the same for Mbenz since am back to the MBenz world and sold my two BMWs

I paid up for a membership with BenzNinja (Peter), got the computer and C4 guy. Peter set up the computer such that I have Xentry. With that Peter unlocked ILS, gave the transmission additional modes (love how it shifts for it!), got rid of stop-start via having the car start up in the last mode it was in, added sign recognition (speed limit displayed in the cluster), removed that pesky speed limiter, and a number of assorted sundries. The computer is useful for all Mercedes and Peter is the real deal. Look him up.

I love ILS. Isn’t it just like our friends at .fed to keep us from having wonderful technology like that! As of (if failing memory serves) February 2021 the feds made such lighting systems legal here in the USA; but we don’t just go to MB and ask that they jailbreak it. Peter will. Money well spent.

I'm still confused about US regulatory approval of this feature ... if the hardware and software are present on a car like mine, why wouldn't a dealer activate it for us? Is the government approval limited to newer model years or something? Does Mercedes want us to buy a newer model to get this feature? Do all Mercedes cars after a certain mfg date have this activated from the factory?

Approved but never implements by major manufacturers in the US. Even on BMWs, which you can code literally within 2 minutes via a 30 bucks module, they are still coming with anti-dazzle "decoding" as part of the build to date for 2023 model years!. Not sure why manufacturers still have not allowed it, perhaps trying to skip some form of testing needed for formal-authorization by agencies anyway regardless of regulations allowing it?... I still don't understand why coding a MBenz needs all that work and investment, or specially equipment. Is it more based on developers exclusivity of the method making it harder to share? or is is truly more complex to code a MBenz wherein special hardware and expensive software coding needed? People have been coding BMWs since 2010 or before (even from their PHONE!!) via a 30-40 bucks Bluetooth module and a free app on the phone (i.e.: BimmerUtility) or free software on their PC (i.e.: E-sys). Guess the demographic owners of BMWs are different that those of MBenz as each have different interests?
