Front headrest pillow?
Any recommendations for a US vendor or source for good quality front headrest pillow for the W222 (examples below)?

Never seen these for a 222. Personally I love the headrests in my 222, theyre super softly padded and the leather is nice and soft. The pillows on the 223 are nice too...

yes, they are non-OEM for sure. I like the headrest but my wife wants one for the passenger seat, or driver when she drives. She likes the rear ones, she has one on the X5 “aftermarket”, so thought will get one too for the W222 since it serves as our highway long trips vehicles.

Has she tried sliding the headrest forward and pulling out the two butterfly sides? I find that makes the headrests feel really great

unlike the rear seats, the back of the front seats and headrest position are too long/high for her

Yeah I don’t think those will give her any support. What she needs is something that will sit underneath the headrest it sounds like…

Caveat emptor!
I bought one pair of those Chinese ones. When they arrived yet were useless, because they had way too much padding. After I opened them up, removed like 2/3 of it and stitching them back again, I can say they are nice to have, but not really crucial, for this car.

I just got these and they work well. They’re for my wife in the passenger seat and mom in a back seat. They sit in the gap between the seat and headrest. Neck support should be good. The strap wasn’t long enough to keep it on the headrest from what I remember, but I didn’t want it there anyway.

Found these on Amazon, witch perfect matching of the semi-aniline designo leather design and diamond stitching cut/holes; also designed for nick support than headrest. I’ll give them a try, they seem to be a good fit.

I actually bought a set and they delivered yesterday - I’m actually pretty happy with them - nice and comfortable they match pretty good and were cheap.

What do they look like on the back of the headrest?

I think you need to try them yourself. I ordered these at the time I posted this thread; and returned them the next day. I think they are okay no major complains really, but I just felt they are out of place in the vehicle and not exactly what I expected especially comfort wise. Maybe cosmetically they looked okay, but not the kind of support I wanted (or honestly that my wife wanted). I think you should give them a try, you might like them nothing really wrong with them but I wouldn't expect too much.

From my post #9 above, they work great. I have them set more as a neck pillow, so lower than in your pic. My wife and mom really like them. I just ordered another set to hold incase they go unavailable.
