Please please please do NOT put a child in the front seat in a car seat.
there are 2 anchors under the flap on the back seat (where butt meets back).
hook in there and tighten.
front seat crash will kill a child in a car seat due to airbag.
on a personal note, The car seats stay in the suburban.

No one said anything about putting a car seat in the front seat, the picture shows a car seat in the rear seat with a tether going to an anchor point under the front seat.

Where the butt cushion and back cushion meet there is a flap of leather that lifts upwards, once you lift it there are two anchors for the iso-fix type clips to snap on to.
Do not use the rear seat belt as they are not compatible with car seats since they are air-bag belts. If your car seat doesn’t have the iso-fix type clips built in, you can use these. https://amzn.to/3PljUFE
The car and seat in the picture were just an example to show the installation of the child seat. For the installation of larger child seats (child weight 20-36 kg), some type of attachment point is required under the front seat.
@ebceksl , not sure what the legal standard is in Sweden but in the US the child car seat MAY be installed front facing in the rear seat when the child is 18kg+ and 2 years old in which you can use the rear deck anchor. I've double checked my manual for the under seat anchors and there are not any under the front passenger seat or within the rear footwell. The only anchors are the lower back seat iso-fix clips and at the rear deck the latch anchor.
Just curious, what is the car seat brand/manufacturer?

The car seat depicted is for infant to around 6-12 months old depending on height and weight. A 20-36kg child should be forward facing because generally they are 100+ cm tall. I know in Europe, it is recommended to keep a child rear facing as long as possible (up to 4yrs old) but eventually they are just too big to do so because their legs get in the way. I kept my kid rear facing until around 3.5-4yo, he was around 50th percentile on the growth charts.
To answer your question about the tether anchor point, I've never seen an infant seat anchored like that picture. Not saying they don't exist but I wonder if it's older safety feature that isn't used much anymore. I've seen the load leg, my kid's infant and early toddler car seat had that, but not the anchor tethered to the bottom of the front passenger seat.
The standard is the same in Sweden, but the recommendation is rear-facing riding up to 4 - 5 years of age or as long as possible.
The picture was just an example to show the installation of the child seat. The car is a Volvo, which has anchorages under the front seats.
Unfortunately, I don't know the brand of the seat, but all child car seats (18-36kg) that can be turned backwards in Sweden require this anchoring under the front seats.
One example: Britax römer SAFE-WAY M (3 month - 7 year | 61 - 125 cm | 36 kg)
See attached manual (rear seat outer seats).
Unfortunately, it does not seem possible to mount the child seat backwards in this way in the W222. There is nothing to attach the straps to under the front seats.

You should watch this video which says if you can't find something to anchor it, then review the guide for alternatives.
Thanks for the tip, but this is exactly the problem this thread is about. I can't find any alternative attachment points under the front passenger seat.

Attach around the middle joint of the front seat as depicted in the manual
