Coolant Leaking W222

Hey guys, walked out to my car leaking coolant on the driveway. As soon as I added coolant it just drained right out. Here is a video of it, I'm hoping its just a hose that broke but seems like it could be the radiator?

Any suggestions judging by where the leak is at? This is the front middle of the car and seem to be leaking heavy. Link below, sorry I couldn't seem to get embed to work.

Turbo chargers coolant hoses/lines more than likely

A bit of bear but very doable to replace

look here... but better info is likely available

Thanks, I found what may have been the issue, corroded tube under the reservoir, video: https://www.veed.io/embed/50e86e17-2...b-ce8537c9a5c2

I'm hoping the radiator didn't get damaged but I'm pretty sure this is the reason why when I add coolant it just waterfalls right out of the reservoir.

Yeah looks like that would do it. Why are you concerned about the radiator?

I guess cause I saw it leaking in the front end but could just be the reservoir hose.

looks like replacing the hose didn’t work and seems to be leaking in the front center of the engine, having it diagnosed today but the mechanic feels it may be the water pump. Coolant is still just draining out as soon as it’s added.

Water pumps happen too. Easy enough to do for those able to do so.

What about the turbo cooling lines as mentioned in a previous post?

Mechanic called me today and looks like he said it was two parts A278 200 13 51 and 222-501-41-25 which looks like they snapped some how.

I just ordered the OEM parts online and they should get here early next week.

Thanks! I ordered the turbocharger line, looks like the other part was 278 200 13 51, OEM https://www.autohausaz.com/pn/MB-2782001351 at AutohausAZ.

Are they pretty much the same parts if references different part numbers? I need 2782001351 but shows cross references: 2782001400 A2782000100 A2782001351

Photos of the broken parts below:

There are two turbo coolant lines, left and right. You would certainly want to replace both while you're in there. Here are the parts for a 2016 S550 (not sure what year/model exactly you have) ... https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...ant+line,46253

thanks Tom, I have a 2014 s550 base model. I believe I have the left which is 2782001351, do you by chance know what the right side part number is?

Hey guys, I got part 222 50 141 25 (222-501-41-25 - Vent Hose 2014-2017 Mercedes-Benz | MB Parts Source) by any chance does anybody know what part connects to the other end?

It looks one end goes to the coolant tank reservoir and the other end connects to another piece, but can't seem to figure out what part it is.

Thanks!

UPDATE: Everything is all FIXED and no more leaking/coolant flushing out of the car after replacing three parts:

Turbocharger Coolant Line: A278 200 13 51
Vent Line: 278 203 12 17
Reservoir Hose 222-501-55-91

Recommended the reservoir hose due to some build up of dried coolant seeping out where the hose connects to the reservoir.

Labor to replace all three parts cost me $350. Thanks to everybody who PM and replied!

Congrats, glad you got it figured out and fixed! How hard was it to get the ends out of the holes on the turbos, that's a very tight spot on both sides ...

thanks! my mechanic worked on it so I don't really know the answer sorry, but according to him it was really tight work and parts to keep taking out and some lines just snapped off which we replaced.

Glad, you fixed it . It isn't pricey to me given the class of the car and parts involved as well
Happy Driving
