I read on one of my posts a week or 2 back that someone installed an AMG clock, I can’t find that post now so the guy that did that I like to know more about that. Also, is it possible (in a reasonable way) to install AMG exhaust tips on a S560? Is there any other AMG items that can go on a 560?
Also, I thought the AMG line option on a S560 was supposed to look the same as the AMG S63? I’m specifically referring to the front lower air dam (see photos).
Can parts be changed without much surgery?

No, the amg 'style' kit is not the same bumpers and side skirts as AMGs.
Please don't be one of those people who puts AMG badges on their perfectly fine MB.
I concur with comments above. However, if you do want to do a conversion, there are after market bumpers that will give you that look without too much cost.
It's not about clone . I also replaced the exhaust tips to E63's in my W212 as well. Because I like the looks of those more than other versions . I have seen worse conversions sadly (W221 to W223 )
I put fake AMG exhaust tip overlays on my car and a AMG chrome license plate surround on my S560. Glad I don't have a real S63. Everything is more money on those cars especially brakes and rotors.
