Anyone know where the oil pump solenoid plug is on 15 s550???

Second time I've been up under there and I don't see it whatsoever

I saw a video on I think a 2013 m278 and in the comments a guy said that he had unplugged it from the TOP of the engine? Is there a picture or video or something out there someone can't help me out with?

Same as the E63 and other 550's - on the passenger side bottom. There are many pictures on the W212 AMG forum reflecting exactly where it is.

You should check with the main OIL MOD thread... your concern has likely been addressed.

I'll nose around, I still haven't located it. The bottom looks totally different than all the videos and pics posted

the photo you posted is of the lower crossmember, not of the engine.

Find the crankshaft pulley at the front of the engine. The solenoid connector will be at the 7-o’clock position relative to the crankshaft pulley.

i see it, do I just wiggle it real good? It's not coming out easy

edit: I see the white piece of the plug now, the question now is do i push it or pull it? Or do I need a screwdriver?
