Type internet:// instead of flags:// to see if those settings are still baked in and if so are enabled.
Samsung internet seems to work outside samsung phones as long as it is Android.
When I replace the URL: "chrome://flags"
by the string:
"internet://"
I get a prompt to select an App: shows the Samsung Browser...
besides I have setup Google CHROME as my default Browser App - It used to run faster than what Samsung had baked in.
The Chrome flags I've showed tune the Internet connection.

In the html bar not google search. Samsung Internet improved quite a bit plus it allows multiple device tab sync and bookmarks so I had been using that, I find the video assistant feature pretty useful. Samsung internet is also available on windows now, beta though I think.

we are really spoiled with these Internet machines - I've been a Samsung die-hard fan since the first "Galaxy S" Android phone.
I owned 5 different torque converter style cars in the last 8 years, and the MB S 400d is shifting perfectly. I mean, I don't think I noticed it "jerking" once! The Audi S6 Tiptronic I had previously had was a lot less refined, and the car was brand new. You could feel the transmission in many cases. Worst was 8th to 7th on the highway, every time you added slight acceleration, the car downshifted, and you could feel it. The dealer did a software update, but otherwise, they said it's normal. Best Auto was BMW's ZF. That one was awesome... But I still feel S-class has a more refined 9-speed auto. I just don't know it's shifting... And I drove an E-class in 2019, and it never knew where to shift; it was confused.
