This is the first time I seem to be able to detect that the exclusive Nappa has the leather on the door panels instead of MB Tex. This is more difficult to differentiate on the W223 since the regular Nappa and exclusive Nappa have the same seat stitching, unlike the W222.

I believe she might be mistaken and that these cars only have regular Napa and not Exclusive Napa, as I believe for the 223 the Exclusive Napa also bundles in the Dinamica headliner which neither car in the video appear to have.

js_cls, I think you’re spot-on here—I also noticed these cars are missing wood trim on the seat backs indicating that the exclusive trim package is not present, but would be required with exclusive Napa leather… what strange configurations for these demos! Who would order an S580 Executive Line and leave off exclusive Napa from the option list?

I've seen a lots of the new S-Class youtubes. Some had a steering wheel with aluminum cross members which I assumed was the AMG steering wheel, but these both appeared to have the same one, and it matches the order guide another member posted. Is the wheel with the aluminum an option or just just on the pre-production videos?

At this point I wouldn’t expect these cars to be standard US optioned cars.
Have seen the same with other MB press or pre-launch configs.

The details will be confirmed with loaded examples in the showroom…

She also missed mentioning the rear spoiler on the AMG Line.

Also, doesn’t have the AMG leather steering wheel option.

AMG steering wheel doesn't come with the wood trim. The specific AMG-Line vehicle in the video was optioned with a wood/leather wheel which reverts it back to the "luxury-style" steering wheel. Otherwise the AMG Steering Wheel (with the twin spoke setup) will be standard on AMG-Line cars.

Apologies for my previous post;somehow I missed reading Vegas Benz’.
The AMG steering wheel in question is option code L5C. For AMG line you can also order the one in the review video (code L2D).
But can’t order L5C for Exec or Lux line.
