Ambient Lighting Warning Support Inoperative
I’ve been getting this warning every time I start the car. I do have the ambient lighting package and have tried clicking the lock button on the key twice and resetting it but it did nothing. Any help would be really appreciated.

It went away for me for a day or two but now comes back all the time. There must be a solution to permanently get rid of it. Can’t imagine we are the only ones dealing with this. Hopefully help is out there.

If mine comes back I'll take it in for diagnosis.
I just hope there's not a part that needs to be replaced. I know someone that had lighting issues in a brand new gt and they had to drive a loaner for a month until the part came in.

Nope, My dealer has not been able to resolve this issue yet and the warning is still popping up. I’m hoping someone/somewhere figures this one out. I will keep everyone posted on mine and if a solution becomes available.

A software update is needed. That was the first of many ongoing probems with my S, the dealership was able to address that particular issue.

I see you got yours fixed. I took mine in yesterday before reading these posts and the dealership said it was my rims and tires. I have 20 inch aftermarket wheels on them. They came standard with 19 inch rims. I told them they are crazy as i have had the wheels on my car since i bought the car (approx 7 months ago a), and this warning light just started to come on in the last month and a half. I see you have larger aftermarket wheels and yours is fixed.
at first, they said there were no stored codes, and of course the message did not come on at dealer. Anyways, I’m scheduled for next Friday to go to another dealer and have them look at it.

Forgot to update: went back to dealer a couple weeks ago and spoke with the Service Manager. He had the shop foreman look at my car and it was determined some LED strips on driver side had to be replaced. All good now.
