Recalls and/or service campaigns range sometimes include production dates let us suppose MB takes it a step further (internally) to assembly location, time frame, etc.

Again, why this specific one included of all the production issues/ service campaigns etc.?

And this surprises you? Ask them to pull Xentry VeDoc info if they cannot pull details on this particular sales code might you suggest they pursue VeDoc assistance from Mercedes.
