Looks nice but blacked-out S-Class’ have become pretty typical. I prefer the classier look of the chrome, just more fitting for the car. The 7-Series on the other hand is a car I think looks better with the black trim versus chrome.

Correct. But the night package is only available on the AMG line. Mine doesn't have the AMG package
