Yeah, I wish I had it but my lease was up; it was the only missing item; my dealer discounted the vehicle $14000 off MSRP; I was pleased overall. It had everything else. When the chip situation settles down I may special order another one with chocolate brown or navy blue interior and get the active ambient lighting on that one.

Turned in my M760. My prior BMW manager was transferred to Mercedes and he just offered it to me. I didn’t even have to ask. (But he probably thought I might lol) He was always extremely generous to me on my BMWs too. Great guy. I will buy from him for the rest of my life.

You should always have a dealer quote you a trade in value to see if its higher than your payoff. The reason I asked was if you had turned it into the MB dealer I wondered if they had actually taken it on trade and that 14k off was the trade value above and beyond your residual on the lease.
All the cars I have leased I have never turned one in, I always trade out of them and wind up with some money back.
But good for you, thats a phenomenal deal.

yeah way harder to do that with BMWs because the residuals are so high.

Not a hater. That deal just seemed to too good to be true and now I commend them for getting a discount far better than 98% of us.
Hopefully the aftermarket LED strips will work and maybe the price will go down after awhile... $2K USD is a bit steep. I'd do $1200 if I knew it was good to go.

I believe this is a good alternative to the missing factory installs. It is priced to high though. As most people have commented, it is a $1k to $1,200 product at most.
The pieces do appear to be OEM quality and appearance.
