Reception Inside Is Horrible
Is it just me or is anyone else having horrible cell reception inside the car?
I literally had to stand outside and look something up the other day.

IR windows do attenuate cellphone signal significantly. Makes no difference to me though as we have very good coverage all over. I bet it is the same for those who have not seen any issues. But it makes a difference at marginal coverage areas.

yes. lifecell (formerly turkcell" is gets like 1 bar in my s class and 3g internet connection. i think its blocked by the infared blocker windshields or so

It depends on the quality of service where you are. After 20+ years with Verizon I and others I know have been having a LOT of issues around here over the past year or so. It no longer works in my home or in my office in Bethesda, where it did before, and when talking on the phone calls were dropping in the S Class like I was on a car phone from 1991. Much bigger issue in the S Class than in our Pacifica. But, like I said the WiFi calling and the hotspot (which is AT&T) have solved the issue. WiFi calling also solves the issue at home and in my office.
