Sorry if this is a repost, came across this listing on eBay for what appears to be a brand new 2022 S580 Maybach that the owner is looking to sell at any cost. According to the listing it has been into service repeatedly since he has owned it, with no one able to provide a fix and every picture he has posted has an error message of some sort. When i owned my 2014 ML63 I had a similar issue where every light on the dash “Christmas lights” one day seemingly popped up randomly and subsequently had my SAM replaced by the dealer and it was fixed. Reading further through the listing, it appears this belongs to some sort of charitable foundation and has to be sold through the auction as he has fielded a lot of inquires and is not able to accept any buy it now type offers. Anyone have any insight?
Different wheels in the first picture. Why not lemon law? Charitable foundations are not excluded from that course of action, nor are they required to sell at auction insofar as I know. Not quacking like a duck with this listing...

So that auction ended with an apparent no sale at $178,100 as the reserve wasn’t met. According to the seller he ordered the car with 19’ inch wheels but it somehow got delivered with 21’s. Lemon law would appear to definitely apply in this case so I have no idea why the seller would not avail himself of that option.
when i first purchased my benz , the rear left seat was not working properly. the strech mode basically the sleeping mode was not working. i suspected that it got caused by something mechanical but no. it was something with the software. got it updated and boom! the second day i got another problem and all of the electronics just malfunctioned. and then at the 3rd day , the suspension just got messed up , it started saying the compressor is cooling down. i just waited for like an day to get rid of that error but no. it was still there.
