Please describe how Genesis Concierge was presented to you and what it includes.

Motor Authority really does a number on the G90’s ride. Oh-oh! Use the “First Drives” tab at top of page:

Its replacing the GLE. Wife prefers smaller cars and now that we are moved we don’t need the larger utility of the GLE. We’ll be picking it up next week after vacation.

Got it. My wife prefers smaller cars too, unfortunately twins and a dog means she has to drive the biggest vehicle one can find lol

I love the car and would consider one but will wait for discounts as they aren't hard to find despite their attempt to hold back to create a buzz at launch.

MB service and prestige is nowhere what it used to be. They watered down the brand with more low end than high end cars and the service and showroom experience reflects that. I don't care what it sound like but when you buy several cars upwards of $125 each you should be treated better than the person who picked up a CPO $25k car. Not that they should be treated poorly but luxury goods are all about the experience which to me has left the building and why I am no longer buying MB products.

The idea that I can simply call and have the car picked up and delivered is a huge selling point in my busy life.

I think EV'ing of luxury cars will lower pricing as there is no longer a special 12cyl model which BMW is finding out now. They are trying to sell remaining 2022 760's for $175 when the have brand new 760's and i7'S loaded for 25-$50k less. EV is quieter and smoother than any 12cyl.
As a buyer of 43-65k CPO I can tell you the service department at the place I buy my cars has always treated me like shti but it was clear to me they did not treat all buyers the same.

To be fair to mercedes I did have a good experience elsewhere but I think unfortunately that is down to the dealer level if it is good or not.
