It is very possible that it is due to the global shortage of CCBs. I have two 2023 Corvette Z06s that I track. Until recently one could not find the brake pads for the CCBs on the Corvette because of the worldwide shortage. So you may be right about the take rate but MB may have decided they are going to figure out how to "dole out" the limited supply of CCBs to certain countries (I did notice the new GT 63 2 door coupe is being offered with CCBs in the US). AND maybe MB decided the US will get "short changed" on this! Who knows.

The GLE63 dropped he CCBs due to supply issues only a month or two into ordering, so I assume it's a parts shortage that will be back available as soon as possible.

MBUSA thinks it makes more sense to offer CCB's on a dedicated sports car than on a fast limousine whose owner base had not historically demanded such equipment. Average S 63 owner keeps the car 3 years or less and maintenance costs don't really factor in for them. If there is still a shortage then if makes infinitely more sense to offer them on a potential track car instead of the sedan.

How are the S63 allocations coming along? Anyone able to secure one? Here, in Texas, so far an allocation is all spoken for.

Night magno, sliver grey interior. Similar spec to my first mercedes 07 s65 years ago. Dream car for me, happy I waited instead of buying a ghost.

That's great!!! I have night magno with deep white on order. I have only seen pictures of 1 night magno s63. Hope night magno looks good in person.

• RWG and RWH - 21" AMG Twin 5-Spoke Wheels are currently not available for ordering.

• Selenite Grey Magno (297) is being replaced by Graphite Grey Magno (818) beginning December Production for V223 (including AMG)

There is also a new AMG Exclusive Package, which is now required for some upholsteries.

We'll see if the excluisve package carried a different charge, I believe P34 is just the package code that comes with excluisve nappa leather and the associated nappa dash and door trim, extended wood, and dynamica headliner.

Also, as I thought would happen, power heated cooled rear seats are now showing as standard, basically the warmth and comfort package

CCB's are quipment on all new 2024 S63's. I don't even think there is an option for iron rotors.

Incorrect. Iron rotors are standard. No option for CCB's.

+1. Sadly. I wish the CCBs were standard, or even options. This iteration of the S63 doesn't have 'em.

Just heard from my dealer here in Arizona. The good news is - I have an allocation, Bad news is - they want $50k plus over the window sticker. Which they don't know yet. They feel justified as they claim the East Coast is getting $100k over WS. Kind of sorry I waited this long. I bailed.

Ya right! $100k and $50k is absolutely FRICKIN INSANE!!! I have never paid MSRP or over MSRP for any of my S Classes, including my current 2019 S63, for over 30 years and will not this time either! The dealer in AZ is just playing off another group of dealers being the East Coast--this is BS. I have purchased MBs all over the US but I prefer my local dealer as they are straight shooters! Run away fast from the AZ dealer as this dealer will steal all of your clothing with your entire wallet including your underwear for that type of ADM!!!

EDIT: We don't know MSRP yet either! It might be base at $200k as I think my base was about $150k in 2019 with my 2019 MSRP being over $190k. My guess is to get a loaded 2024 S63 will be around $250k so add $50k ADM would mean a loaded S63 would be $300k. Not many S63s selling at that price I am afraid.
