Could the creak has anything to do with the seatbelt plastic rubbing the seat? I had that issue on several MBs, my friend also has that issue on their W222, it was the seatbelt, hopefully that was it.

Doesn't appear to be caused by the seatbelt. The culprit appears to be the plastic trim piece running around the very bottom of the seat and perhaps how that piece clips/attaches to the seat frame. It's definitely a temperature sensitive issue...seems like when the seat is warm/hot from the car being in the sun, the seat creaking is very pronounced. If the car was in the garage or in the evening, the seat creaking is hardly noticeable.

It all looks great but when you start feeling around and touching the surfaces many of which will squeak or move at that touch, you start to understand they did a masterful job of making it appear of a higher quality than the reality.

Hmmm, I see, never mind then.
