I've have a dash warning Currently Unavailable Camera Dirty that comes up and indicates a number of features that are not operative. Had service look at this and they indicate the camera needs to be replaced, but its on backorder. That was 3 months ago. Called yesterday and its still backordered with no ETA. Called Mercedes Customer service, same story, sorry but they have no idea when the part will be available.

Anyone else has or had a problem like this?

This "camera dirty" text is new to me. There are many scenarios and issues bringing the "features currently unavailable" message. Perhaps this could still be related:

There are several old threads to this. Go back and research them. Bottom line. Dealer will need to replace your camera assembly in the windshield (called a hood cover). I had the same problem and used to have to take the camera cover off, then disconnect the harness, remove the camera, carefully lift off the lens caps and then wipe the areas with an alcohol pad followed by a lint free cloth to dry (don’t use paper towels); this would stop the warnings for a bit.
