Is this a new color? I can’t remember this color in 2023 when I was playing around with the configurator. I personally like it, but I’ve never actually seen it in person, so it must be new and rare. I like it and might get this. Audi had a really nice metallic brown that always caught my eye when I saw it. It was more of a redder brown but it was unique and still classy without being too flashy.
Yeah, I usually do not like black wheels, but since I have them on my current car (which was a dealer lot purchase), I like them now just because you rarely seem S classes with factory black wheels. I’ll likely get the night package on my next S as well. That brown looks nice to my eyes and it’s a color you rarely see, but I was always leaning towards that matte white anyways.
I put the black package on my wife’s GLE450 for around $400. Looks stock. Just find the best tint shop in town and chances are they can wrap your chrome and paint in black glass ppf.
I haven't seen this color in the metal, would definitely not buy without getting a real world look at it. That said, I like some brown/tan/bronze colors and oddly, have probably received more positive commentary with them than any other color. Love their gold, I wasn't able to see it in person until after I bought, if I had, I would have went with it.

I too like this color, a lot! I'm about to show my age here - but this color reminds me of my first car - a similarly-colored 1976 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme! No creme-colored landau roof as seen in the picture below, but the color is close.
Mojave Silver was the best color MB had in years, they discontinued it which is crazy, you have to go with MANUFAKTUR Exclusive Himalayas Mid Grey metallic, which is only on S Class and costs 10k USD.
I wish MB hadn't discontinued the Ruby Black. The CLS I leased was that color and it always brought compliments. Was not that difficult to keep clean either.
They moved it from a relatively inexpensive option to their Manufactur line-up and now charge $9,900 for it.
As far as the brown colors are concerned, there is another Manufactur color called Rocky Mountain Brown that doesn't look too bad. Again $9,900.

I am 99.9% sure I am keeping the Sonoran Brown selection on my order with MB for an E53 wagon. I personally love the color and think it is quite fitting on benz wagons...but definitely not getting night packages / black wheels...sticking with chrome. But will tint the back windows at some point when it is delivered (so bummed with US regulations that SUV's can come from factory with tint but "passenger cars" can't...)
