Very nice 
In the UK, I saw a 2900 mile S65 for £89,000 , they are £150,000 new, lost 40% already
My MB dealer phoned and offered me another one for £99k with 8,000 on (ex celeb car).
Looks like after a year or two these are going to retail used at just above the S55, going to be a good bargain

But he said he could let it go for $170,000, but would not entertain any talk of below $170,000.
They are brand new to The States, so they might not drop as quick as they are in the UK, but I bet it will not take long before the prices fall drastically.

Black one just like the photo has been sitting at my dealers for over a month. It is going for MSRP and no bites. They even tried placing a ad to lease it for about $3K a month and still no takers. The car does not look that much different then a S55 for those type of $$$$$$.
