Renntech stage 2.. Stage 3 with the intercooler pump is being installed next week... 20 inch Swiss wheels, Radar Detector/Laser Defuser...
Total Install was $24,000 for Renntech, wheels, radar/laser + $5,000 for stage 3 next week.

Love the car- just dont like the dual badges on the side- overkill IMO but its your car as they say. Again love the overall look.

What was the break down on the cost? How much was the renntech mods? and how about the whole radar/laser set up?

Renntech Stage 3 @ a MBDealer=$4,700
Renntech Stage 2=$15,700
Give or take a $100 on each number... I can't remember the exact cost on each mod, but it's really close.

Nice ride - Which radar/laser solution did you install? I had the caliber K40 Bluetooth products installed, but haven't had time to test them out thoroughly. I was happy with my older Valentine 1, but until i get a chance to test the Caliber, I am less confident.
From the price, it sounded like the Caliber setup that I have. If so, how do you like the Caliber?

Hey,
Just thought I would join the other guys in firstly saying, wow, nice machines, especially the S65, that really is the nuts. I thought i was doing well with my 2002 C32 AMG (old I know but i am attatched) and I just got a new 2007 S320 CDI at 26 yrs old. Although I am disapointed with my S class, at £63k, it just doesn't feel special enough. I think Mercedes really rely too much on the badge, there car's just are not upto scratch. When I spend £63k on a car, I want to feel amazing when i drive my car and I just don't.
I just sold a 2004 CLK 55 AMG, after only 3 months of ownership, again because the build quality was awful, rattles, choppy ride and performance was the same as my C32, with a new UK list of £70k, i expected girls to throw underwear at me just from turning the key !!! LOL
This comes to my final point, I dont know how much your S65 cost you, but for you to write a list of con's with the car is shocking, the car should make you wanna make love to it at the price I am guessing it is $100k + ??? Shocking, get a bentley, they will blow your socks off !!
I think I will be switching back to Porsche from now on, (911 GT3 was my last 1 yr ago) there car's really do hit the spot every time, just everyone things your a tosser trying too hard !!!! I leased a 2007 Boxster S for 3 months 1 month ago, it was awesome, girls loved it, in fact me and everyone who saw it loved it, it had every option, and thats deffo my next order. With the lastest BHP upgrade and sports exhaust its great fun!!
Anyway, you still have $400k worth of car's. so fair play dude, fancy letting me stay next time i am in the US ?!?!?!? LOL

I've been looking for a house for the last year and a half...
I am planning on spending between 3 and 3.5 million.. that gets a lot of house in Salt Lake City.
I want my next move to be my LAST and FINAL move, so my thought was if I'm going to spend that kind of money on a home it has to be perfect in every aspect. So I wanted to take my time and look carefully...I've looked at a dozen homes in the last 12 months, but there is something always I don't like about them. Like I said, if I'm going to spend that kind of money on a home it has to be perfect.
Originally, when I bought the house I wanted to be the kid that had money, but was conservative and low key...That's why I bought the house in the first place. I didn't want people to know I had money, so I decided to buy a 600K house (Which is still a lot in Salt Lake), but my weakness is cars. I've bought and sold 12 luxury cars in the last 16 months. I've owned other Benz's, BMW's and Lexus's... I can't resist when it comes to cars...
My problem now is that I look like a dork with 400K worth of cars in the driveway and a 600K house, so that's when my wife and I decided to move..
