No problem at all, and it was quoted from the shop themselves.

2008 MB CL600. 2020 MB E300 de. 1987 BMW M535i.
But it looked nice though!
I wonder what the dimensions on the tires are, because I was told here in Sweden that there aren't any made, exept for SUV's.
It will have to be 255/25-22 & 285/20-22 or something like that, and here we don't have them...

True, and either way it's not setup to match the performance output in that car. Such a waste in my mind..

you can use 245/30/22 all around on that car, you cant stagger a 22 on that car. But yes, it looks hideous

I agree

Yeah 20's is good but 22s is too much. Its over doing it, who ever owns it just ruined the S65.

You can't fit 22s on a stock W220. He had suspension components modified and probably also rolled fenders.

Handling? Who worries about handling in an S-Class?

Sure you can fit 22's on a stock W220 without modifying the suspensions. I have seen a few W220 body cars in Atlanta with 22's. You'll just have to use 25 series tires.

An S65 stock is as sweet as it gets. Aftermarket wheels ruins a $200K car. If you can afford a car like that you should at least try to look like you've been there before. JMHO.

I wonder who the player is? don't really hear of too many NBA players here in SD.

We've got a few baseball and football players but rarely a B ball player.
We're currently working on gold glove 2nd baseman Mark Grudzielanek's S Class

The W220 S55 is getting 20x9 and 10 Radengergie R5 lowered with the RENNtech ELM while the W221 S65 is getting 21x9 21x10.5 HRE 947R.

I'll post some pictures once we're completed. W220 S55 pictures will be up in a matter of days.

I don't think someone's intelligence is a reflection of the size of their wheels. No reason to call someone an idiot because they have the choice and oppotunity to put 22's on a S65.

About a month ago I was at the wheel shop getting 19's installed on my GS300. Also there was a young kid getting 22's on his GS300 and another guy getting 22's on his brand spanking new style CL.
I wouldn't put 22's on any car but especially the two mentioned here. I was still able to be respectful and ask questions of both men. The bottom line is it's their car and money. I may not prefer it but I wouldn't call anyone an idiot for their choice. Unless the wheels were spinners. I'm sorry, I draw the line at spinners. I still wouldn't call anyone an idiot...I just wouldn't talk to anyone with spinners.

I'd rock spinners just to have fun.
One of my friends just got a gift of a Range Rover from her dad. She's got 22" Davins on the truck.
It's all in jest.
