AMG S63 Wheel Pricing?
As always your comments will be appreciated.

Theres a couple of replica styles out there if you are interested:
1. Some with an "AMG" logo plate on the side (the AMG logo is different and you can tell a replica by the diagonal lines being mostly the same size vs gradually stepping from fat to thin with original AMG)
2. Have the plate on the side for the logo but it's blank (not even a fake AMG logo)
3. Have no logo plate at all
4. Look very similar and dont have a name plate and at the center are more rounded vs the factory rims which have more of a sharp angle at the center of the "V"
I would have done the replica with the AMG logo IF I was putting them on a S500/550 but not on an AMG.
For original try ebay but be careful theres a guy on there that says hes a pre-owned mercedes dealer selling s63/65 wheels and claims they are off an s65on google and apparently another member on this forum made a purchase and was sent fake rims, the seller then claimed he didnt know. Watch out for "amg style" because that sometimes gives the seller grounds to get away with selling a fake. I contacted a couple of parts places and they are usually pretty pricey still, and watch out for the "oem" because that also doesn't necessarily mean they are AMG original.
For replica ebay has a ton but eurotech out of California (also on ebay) had the best replicas I have seen and for only $895 + shipping for a set of staggered 20" wheels (no tires) its not too bad at all. The other replica sellers will try and charge $1250+
Sorry again for the long reply... just my 2c though
Again for an AMG stick with original you will feel much more comfortable knowing you spent 1-2K more but your $140K+ vehicle is on quality footing.
$4k? I would not pay that amount, maybe because I do not have $4k laying around like some rich folks around here. I just got mine from this shop in Florida on craigslist for 1200.00 shipped with no tires. Real 20 inch AMG wheels that came off S63 with the engraved specs on the back. They are definately worth the price of 1200.00. They ride like my factory AMG 18s with no shakes or any vibration what so ever.

I'm in the market for original 2007-2010 oem s63/s65 wheels. There's nothing less than 5k on ebay.Need some help.

Here is a side by side picture of the ebay fake vs a real one. This is from my car.
I was lucky as the person with the CL65 my wheels came from, though his car looked better with some Asanti 22's.
Can you spot the differences? There are at least 4 in this photo.
The authentic wheels are forged, (they are surprisingly light for their size), from the Dealer they are about $2800 per wheel!! (the fronts are slightly cheaper). From the Factory when ordered with the car it is about 2300 Euro (roughly $3200 US)

be careful as they are alot of fakes out there. Go to a dealer and have a close look to see the wheel in person. I'll point out the differences in another post if people don't spot at least 4 differences.

This was the seller I was going to buy from in Florida until I read this on another forum. I called the guy and he assured me that they came off a S65 that was in the pictures in the listing etc however I seriously doubt they have THAT many "take off" sets seeing as they are constantly selling them on ebay (check the previous listings/feedback). You could be lucky or unlucky but I didnt wanna take that risk.
