i suggest getting ASP 180mm pulley and OE-Tuning. That should be more than sufficient. That's how I started everything!
btw, loving the red man looks different but definitely good!
Thx dude i love the red too couldnt pass it up- where do i find those parts u mentioned
contact OE-Tuning @ www.oetuning.com
&
ASP Pulley either wait for a used one in the classified or buy directly from them @ www.aspracing.com (I believe that's the correct website)

One more thing, Definitely contact John @ AdjustableAirRide and lower your car with lowering links...
It'll look a lot better than now because at your current ride height it looks like a 4x4 haha

lol 4x4 huh thx dude-- on a serious note you suggest having it lowered- cool i can see that but here is my current issue with that- i just threw on some 19s with some really nice michelins but since then occasionally when i hit a sway type dip in the road- NY roads suck btw- i get some major tire rub in the rear, especially right rear....any thoughts or suggestions?

Im on 19's and lowered no rubbing ever in NYC bumps
it really depends what type of tires you use with the 19's also the width of your wheel.
if it's too late to correct the size of the tire then you might have to opt for fender rolling.
I had my fender rolled and pulled. I'm pretty sure I'm running one of the widest tires with w220. Haven't heard anyone run wider tires than me.

Hey, not to derail this thread, but does anyone know what kind of boost numbers one would have with a ASP 180mm pulley, Kleeman tune and headers?

Love to see what materialises from this thread. Sounds good.
A lot of car parts avaiable for other 55k platform doesn't work for our car because of the difference in the spacing within the engine bay! If you need help with parts other than ASP pulley let me know.
ASP 180mm should give u between 14-15 psi.
With my pulley, custom long tube headers, and OE TUNING that's easily a 125whp increase!

Thnanks ShangoAshe. I will be going to a friends dyno machine later this summer, so hopefully I'll see some number consistant with all the math.Originally Posted by ShangoAshe

Is the engine still reliable at 15psi?Originally Posted by ShangoAshe

I would go for OE tuning + Kleemann header that will bring 50hp easy.
180pulley will require extra cooling mod. A tune plus header is safer way to gain constant power (IMO)
