s 55 suspension hack?
Hi guys. I'm trying to decide between 55 and s600. I like transmission responsiveness of amg but soft ride of 600.
Can anyone tell me if s55 suspension can be adjusted to be softer when not in sport mode? Maybe some sort of abc electronic adjustment?
Also dynamic seats. Is that amg only thing?

I could be wrong but dont the S55 and the S600 have the same suspension?
And yes, dynamic seats are only AMG im afraid, though dont know if they are available on an S55. Here in the UK they're mainly only seen on the E55.

My S55 has Dynamics seat, and I am pretty the other do as well. But yes its an AMG thing

55 and 600 both have abc but 55 is amg tuned and sportier so makes it a little more stiff. Unfortunately on Chicago roads it's not something I can tolerate for long. I like my soft ride of my 500 and whenever driving my wife's 3series can't help but notice every wave pot hole and bump in theroad. Very annoying.
But now that I drove with dynamic seats I'm wondering if stiff suspension is something I would have to deal with in order to have those seats. They are freaking awesome.

Regarding the stiff ride, I used a S430 Airmatic as a daily driver before and between the S55 ABC on normal settings it doesn't ride any stiffer or harsher. I would describe it as a more of a "controlled" ride.

We I personally find 55 to be a stiffer ride than 55 or even a 600 which has abc. But that's my thought.....
It turns out that the 600 I'm interested in may have dynamic seats.... But I still need to confirm that.
