Car is currently at PHENOMenal Vinyl and the interior is ripped apart getting wrapped with 3M's new 1080 CF vinyl overlay. This is a new version of their DiNoc CF material.

Pictures when it's all done and buttoned up! Looks SICK as of right now.

Are you having all the wood trim parts wrapped?
When finished please post pics.

Sorry, but I have to ask. How long did it take to get this done and what did it cost?
It looks great. My wood has small scratches and you just can't polish them out. This would solve that problem.

I can't say for sure what YOUR installer would charge you, but a job like this, on a car like this... is worth about $450 - $650 for T & M.

They worked on the car from 2PM until 7PM on Friday and from 8AM until 3PM yesterday... so about 10 hours total. It was A LOT of work trust me... A LOT.

I certainly would not want to tackle taking out all those pieces and wrapping them.
Thanks for the info.

Looks fantastic! I've heard the 1080 CF DiNoc is much better than the standard DiNoc, as it seems to have more "stick" to it.
I'm really considering the Anthracite for my center console/door pulls...

Look's good but Dry.... Kinda like dry Pu$$y
Sucks that it's DRY but hell it's still Pu$$y
Seriously though I got my full interior in REAL Carbon Fiber on my SL600, from Sponsor here "FXAutoDesigns" ask for Chris.. (the CF I got is Top-Notch look's better than DCT motorsports Sponsor here that charges few grand for same real Carbon Fiber
)
It's $600-$700 if memory serves... Costs a hair more as it doesn't include install (1 1/2 hours max) I've posted pix in SL55/65 forums the difference is Night & Day vs faux Dry cf...

Please post the link to your cars interior pics. I can't find them.
Did they use your interior pieces or did they provide all new parts?
Thanks

I can see you paying $600-$700 for your SL, but considering the S-Class has 3x to 4x the amount of trim (19 pieces if I remember correctly) some real wet ***** carbon fiber would end up costing me a few grand.

I don't think I want to strip out all those pieces, no telling how many I would break, nor do I want to wait that amount of time with the car interior stripped. The other option is buying all new pieces and have them done, no idea what that would cost.
But at least there are options. I may take the same route you did Oxygen.
If I can find a local place that can do it.
Did you check into having your rear diffuser done?

I spoke to FXAutoDesigns and they said they send the parts overseas to be done, 6-12 weeks turn around. Cost about $800.00. But I bet it will be more by the time its all done.
