2010 S63 wheel debate! PLEASE HELP

Whats up guys! I have a 2010 S63 and am stuck trying to make a decision on wheels.

I would like some feedback on how the car rides with 22's opposed to 20's. If anyone has had experience driving this car with both wheel sizes I would greatly appreciate your feedback.

I am just trying to find out if I should do 20's or 22's.

I am looking at Asanti wheels currently. However the Vossen wheels are nice looking too but dont have the prestige that Asanti has. can anyone help me lol

Ashanti's are crap. Had them on my s550 and they would bend like they are made out of alliminum. My friend with a 750 had the same issue. Both running 22s. I switched to a gianelle one piece wheel and never had a problem again. Ran 26" gianelle rims on my 07 escalade for 120k miles with no issues at all. If you do 22s do your self a favor and get a one piece wheel and not 3 piece, unless your getting HREs. I've had a dozen of HRE wheels on a lot of my past cars and that is the only 3 piece wheel I would run with a low profile tire. Those fkrs are strong as hell.

Maybe other members can chime in with the rims they have that have proven to be strong and reliable in a 22" size.

I had a set of Asantis on my e63 and did dent a wheel but it was a nasty pothole. I am wondering how the S class rides with 22's

Ride quality is good but with the 22 you have a rubber and for a tire soyou need a wheel that can handle the abuse no matter how small or big. Your e class had a 20 with a larger sidewall so you where able to get away with running the Asanti. I bent mine no mater what I hit in the road with the asantis. Gianellies, in my experience took a lot of abuse on my s class with zero issues for 20k miles before I sold the car. Asantis I repaired every 45 -60 days.

thanks on my e class it had 25 seriers rear tire and car rode tons worse than stock. im hoping thats not the case with the s class can anyone else chime in also

That must be because of the diffrient suspension types between the e class and CL/S class. Mine rides very nice on 22s and 25 series rites
