Wheel Fitment & Suspension Question
Just picked up a used s55 with 100k miles on it.. I have a couple questions about how to lower it and what size wheels/tires I should be running.
I've come to understand that you can lower the car using the stock air suspension, so can anyone point me out on the best/easiest one?
Also I need new wheels.. I'm going to get 19x9 & 19x10 but what offset should I be running for the "flush" fitment and what tire size should be on that as well?
Thanks for helping out if you can

ET of 43 or 44 will give you a flush fitting. The STAR system can alter height settings without any suspension damage.

Ended up getting 19x8.5 & 19x9.5, can anyone tell me what size tires would fit nicely on that?
I've been reading about using links.. Is that a good way to lower it?

bump again, all I'm asking for is the right tire sizes for 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 for the s55. I have no idea about that stuff, and im pretty sure someoneee on here can help me out with that

Firstly, your S55 is on hydraulic ABC suspension, not Air. But the principle is the same.
I have 19"x8.5" at the front and 19"x9.5" with an offset off 45.
Front tyres are 245/40/19 and rears are 275/35/19 in this picture.
Its also dropped using links.

Was it hard to put the links on? Is there anywhere that explains how to do it the easiest way?

Depends where you get your links from to be honest, the place i got them from sent some good instructions with them. Just take it very easy when removing the old links coz if you break something plastic then your in trouble.
If you want to go for a more sporty look on your wheels, and i wish i had done this myself, then get 245/35/19 at the front and 275/30/19 at the rear. They are slightly thinner tyres and show your wheels off more.
