Not established. We wouldn't want a car in our shop for that long because of liability issues. Unless it was a large build.

The rest of the story is that when he picked up his Porsche a while back he lied to a employee and drove off without paying. Now he expects a shop to put parts on his car and do repairs?

Did I not pay you for the repairs on the porsche? This car was also in your possession for over 5 months. An entire season for me to sell the car was wasted because of your incompetence. I took the car out for a test drive to see if the quality of your work was worth the 6 months of time. 6 month to replace bolt on parts?

If what you say about me not paying is true, Why then did you even take my car in in the first place? You kept it for 3 months this time and gave every excuse under the sun why it was not finished. Never did you once bring up the porsche. So please don't deflect your responsibilities as a shop owner and call the customer a liar. You shouldnt have taken on a project if it was to big/small for you to finish expeditiously.

Jeff the Prosche sat cause you brought the car after you took it two other shop that could not find the problem. That once we got to the car and determined the issue I waited to hear what you wanted to do with the bad turbo. After which I sent it out for repairs to a place you asked me to. Not a vendor I dealt with, with which you and the person that referred you to them were in contact with as to what went wrong with the turbo. It took the turbo nearly 6-7 weeks to be repaired and shipped back. Two days after it arrived back I contacted you told you the car is done. Than you showed up and drove off with the car.

I took it to two other shops? Are you sure you're thinking about the same person?

You sent the turbo out using Markskis account. Had it not been for me checking with Markski, that turbo would have still been sitting at the UPS depot as it was leaking oil. You kept telling me that it was at blauch turbo, I called them many times to track it down. Finally, we all found out it was sitting at UPS for a month. Oh and BTW, I paid blauch directly for the repair, I tried offering you payment the same day that i took the car. You said to wait a week and for me to see how the car was. I have all this on text.

You did nothing to track down a turbo that you sent out. The excuse was that you used Marks account and it was out of your control. Well no, you cannot pass blame like that Marcin. I handed YOU the car and YOU sent the turbo out. Whose account you used isn't my problem. I brought my benz back to your shop because we squashed the issue. IF you're going to bring up old *****, at least get the facts straight.
