Hood emblems size 45mm will fit W220/W221 no problem. It's made of metal, not some cheap plastic. As you can see the installed pics, the quality is great and will sit flush.

Hi, if your stock one is vertical star then yes. If it's a flat, then no.

Mine comes with the screw. If your stock one is flat, then mine wont fit. Mine is a replacement for the stock vertical star.
