Replacement Rotors & Pads For '05 S55
Hey friends, I was looking to replace the pads, rotors and wear sensors on my 2005 S55. Just wanted to double check if I have the correct part numbers as I'm getting conflicting information from some parts sites.
I'm assuming this is a straight forward job I can do myself.
I made this convenient spreadsheet comparing the prices across a few different sites for Mercedes brand OEM replacements.

Thanks for the help!

I do enter my VIN however most every site lists multiple part numbers for the front rotors in particular, so it still leaves some confusion. I believe that is because starting in '03 when they supercharged the engine they also upgraded the front brakes on the S55.

Front brakes confuse a lot of vendors. Some think 345x32mm is the right spec, and some say 360x32, which are for armoured cars. The right spec is 360x36, and you seem to have the right part numbers.
Your results are expensive; I would suggest searching for Pagid 355122692. Don't expect to be able to buy Brembo discs for this car; they're strangely not available.
Changing them is straightforward, though the pads can be difficult to get in and out.
The retaining pins tend to seize in, meaning you end up removing the calipers.
The bottom pad wear plate also tends to get pushed up by corrosion, making the pads tight to re-fit.
Careful with the small rotor retaining bolts - they're vulnerable, and the bolt and Torx tool are easy to bust.
These brakes are susceptible to run-out, so clean the hub faces scrupulously.

Are these the correct discs you're speaking of? I can't seem to find them anywhere else but ebay.

Would you happen to know if this is the correct rotor from Pagid for the rear wheels?

I ended up buying everything on ebay for a total of $570. I'm glad Welwynnick told me about those Hella Pagid rotors as that saved me a decent amount. I bought the Akebono EUR983 and EUR984 pads. I checked out Rockauto but they had a 5 day delay on half the parts and ebay was cheaper by a decent amount.
