A 2009 S65 in my area in outstanding condition that's fully loaded with under 60k miles, and I mean CF everything for the interior, will run you anywhere from $38-41K private party. Dealer retail would be in the ballpark of $42-45k. Again, that's based on outstanding condition, full receipts and maintenance history, with no reconditioning needed. Most cars however generally require some things to be done and tend to fall in the next lower category, so pricing should be adjusted downwards by 5-8%.

Not too many buyers out there for this kind of car based on maintenance costs alone, so the dealer should be able to come down a tad more and still make a profit if he wants to move the car.

If you buy the car, do not wait to replace the plugs and boots. I just replaced the driver side plugs last weekend (passenger side was done after replacing a failed coil pack 4k miles ago), and my car has 59,100 miles on it. All the plug boots broke in half inside the head, and three out of 12 plugs showed significant signs of corrosion at the anode. Any longer, and the plug tips could have disintegrated inside the combustion chamber resulting in a lot of bad juju. The maintenance schedule should be revised to 40 or 50k plug change intervals rather than 60.
Just saying this because you need to be prepared for the extraneous costs of owning a supercar.
I also was favoring this 2010 but the seller won't budge even though he got this in auction for 46k which I told him

Bear in mind, that in a couple more years, these cars will be thousands less than what they're asking for now. Only thing to remember if you buy one is to factor in the cost of maintenance. Whatever money you save now is bound to be reinvested down the road...
