w221 S63 "parking guidance unavailable" warning problem frequently, anyone else ??

I purchased a 08 S63 AMG a few months ago after looking for a while to replace my old e55, I finally found a Black on Black, P3 package, 030 performance package with piano black interior trim. One of the main things that made me want a w221 AMG was all the cool options the car had for it being its age, however I have had a problem that has been seriously bothering me. In traffic and stop lights I get a loud beeping and the "Parking guidance currently unavailable see operators manual" warning, I know it is due to the radar system getting interference from other cars and traffic lights, I took my car to the dealer today and they updated the software to help make the system less sensitive. They said it was a known problem and that it would still do it but not nearly as much, which it did.
I am wondering if everyone else has this problem with P3 cars and just lives with it or is my car just being extra difficult? I could care less about the parking guidance however, I really like having parking sensors and the lane change assist so I don't want to disable the function, but I can't deal with my car yelling at me at stop lights. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue on my '08 S65. I have the updated software, and it still does it. I'd say it happens about once every couple of drives.

Just bought my 09 S63 and it’s doing same thing every once in awhile. Had a warning when I picked it up from dealer that auxiliary battery failure but after a 15 minute drive it cleared away and never came back. Taking it to dealer to get it checked out as well as a trans leak I just smelled

My 2008 S-65 does this. Most often while pulling into the Starbucks drive thru.

My car was chock full of under voltage codes when queried. Start battery is conspicuously new. I'll lay a hundred dollar bill on the counter in a bet that says the battery hidden behind the back seat is factory original.

Thanks for the pointer about a software update.

Just something that you guys have to live with really. With all the manufacturers and aftermarket companies coming out with their versions of the same or similar guidance and warning systems, each one may use a different frequency that may or may not interfere with the sensors on your car. I've seen things like bent front license plates also cause issues with the parktronic sensors.

This is the conclusion I have reached. It seems to happen with newer vehicles that have blind spot sensors, etc.

My 09 S63 does this every so often. Usually it depends on the day. Some days it never does. Some days, it will do it every time you come to a stop. I will check and see if the dealer can do this update you guys are talking about.
