lower throttlebody/air bypass issues?
Does anybody know if the lower throttle flap controls boost? If there are issues with this part, will it affect boost? My car does seems to have lower boost then normal.

Boost issue. The max boost that it reads is 11.5 with a 77mm pulley. That is low for this setup. I think the stock boost is higher. Pretty soon, i will take out the supercharger and redo some of the gaskets, but i was curious if the lower flap has issues.

That 'flap' is operated via an electric motor like the throttle body. I've seen them get sticky. Clean up deposits on that butterfly. If it is a real problem you get very low to zero boost with a check engine light.
Find vacuum leaks with smoke. Too often 'replacing gaskets' makes for more disasters. It will all be brittle. Be gentle!
I'm not familiar with what you should be seeing for a boost figure. Many times replacing the belt does wonders. Sure your belt is the right length with the different pulley?

If I may ask, what altitude are you running at? The higher you are above sea level the lower your boost will be.
When i checked the altitude of my location, it says 49ft. So, my boost should be higher dont you agree? Something is not right with my setup for the max boost.

This is for C32owner. From looking at your set up with 77mm clutched pulley and other mods, it shows your hp and torque at 409whp. If im not mistaken isnt that really low for your setup too? I mean stock cls55 is rated at close to 500 hp like mine at the crank. That seems like stock. Are you having boost issues like me?
