Spots on windshield after acceleration

Spots on windshield after acceleration
Seems like there’s spots on the windshield after I push it on the highway. It’s happened when it’s been fairly cold so I don’t think it’s bugs. Popped the hood didn’t see anything out of place but didn’t break out a flashlight. Worried that it was fluid venting and spraying the windshield.

Sure it's not bugs? We have them in quantity early this year.

That 'radiator cap' is for charge coolant. Be sure it is full to the top and that the coolant isn't crusty. That cap gets cruddy with age. If there is a leak it will be on the plastic underneath.

Doesn’t that barb fitting need a hose on it?

Nope! No hose on that guy. I always check that it is full to the top. Squeeze charge coolant hoses to burp air into the neck.

Charge coolant doesn't run at the pressure or temperature seen in engine coolant.

Seems weird to me that I can almost make it happen at will. The time before this was a couple months ago and it was even colder. Maybe I’m paranoid.

'Those people' been pouring da washer fluids into the base of the windshield. Lol

May be worth checking that drains for cowl at base of windshield are clear.
