Have you pulled all the codes? That being part of the emissions controls would likely trigger something. Consider checking the vacuum line that goes into the base of the supercharger.....it's often dislodged (but if so it should cause a CEL). This is the steel tube that's held in place by a bracket that's bolted down with the rearmost, inboard valve cover bolt on the left side (drivers side). To confirm that it's plugged in and that the grommet that seals it is in place, you must remove the left side intake plenum (6-7 screws right on top, and a hose clamp to the rear, easy to pull in a few minutes). But caution: there can be piles of dirt/sand etc. in the narrow space between the inboard side of the plenum and outboard side of the supercharger that will fall right into the intake ports as you lift the plenum off. So best to use compressed air to blow it out good before you go too far, but still use caution as you likely can't get all the crud out. You'll also see that that tube leads back to a solenoid valve on the left of the engine compartment. I'd test that 12V makes it open/close. Let us know what you find.

I have the same issue, but everywhere I look the 230-476-03-32 pressure regulator is shown as discontinued. Is that the part you used?

You could also scare up a used part if not available new. They are not a common failure.

Sorry to revive an older thread, but my '03 S55 has a fuel leak and the cause is a corroded fuel pressure regulator valve (230-476-03-32). I was wondering if Dragrcr150 could tell me how much this cost via Mercedes and if he replaced it himself or did he have the dealer replace it? Thanks for any help.
